Valuing and Embracing Difference Training - Croydon Council

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Valuing and Embracing Difference Training.

Training to equip circa 400 people managers with enhanced skills and behaviours to effectively manage their diverse teams and develop both the performance and potential of all their staff.

We are seeking proposals from interested and experienced providers to design and co-deliver, with internal learning and development professionals and other facilitators, practical and experiential learning and behavioural change development to support our goals for this initiative.

We are looking for providers who can develop our internal team to support the delivery of the interventions over time. A train the trainer model is therefore the preferred approach for responding to our needs. Proposals will need to demonstrate how prospective providers will meet the requirements outlined in this specification
