Alternative Provider Medical Services for Market Hill 8 to 8 Health Centre

North of England Commissioning Support are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Yorkshire and the Humber) and are commissioning an Alternative Provider Medical Service for Market Hill 8 to 8 Health Centre. The contract term is to be 10 years with effect from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2028, with an option to extend for a further 5 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance.
