RFQ for SEND Disagreement Resolution and Mediation

Halton Borough Council is seeking appropriately qualified and experienced providers to deliver a dispute resolution service, mediation adviser and mediation service to enable the Local Authorities (Halton and Cheshire West & Chester) and the Clinical Commissioning Groups to fulfil its statutory duties under the Children & Families Act 2014.

The service will be required to be delivered on behalf of Halton Borough Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council as well as in relation to Health matters Halton Clinical Commissioning Group, West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Vale Royal Clinical Commissioning Group.
