CCS022/2017 Accommodation and Support Service for People with Mental Health Needs

Middlesbrough Council is inviting expressions of interest from experienced organizations to provide an accommodation based, personal assistance enablement and support service in Middlesbrough, for people who have mental health needs. The service will consist of 10 units of fully furnished single person accommodation, together with the space and facilities that can be used for meaningful activities by service users. Individuals will be supported to achieve a range of outcomes to improve their health and independent living skills. The contract is for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for 7 no. 12 month extensions.
