## Description

This contract aims to procure services to deliver an eight week pre-discovery phase to build an evidence-based understanding of how data is currently used and shared across selected Trailblazer areas and associated stakeholders \(including Mayoral Strategic Authorities, Integrated Care Boards and DWP policy teams\)\.
