The call-off contract shall commence on the 1st November 2022 and the expiry date will be 31st December 2022 for a period of two months\. The contract value will be up to £10,000 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM 6179 Legal Services Panel \(Lot 2\) Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. - The contract term has been extended by 4 months and the new contract expiry date is the 30th April 2023\. - The contract value has been extended by an additional £5,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £15,000\.00 excluding VAT\.
