## Description

The clay tiles to the east elevation are delaminating to a number of areas, such that its complete overhaul or reroofing will be required\. The extent of work can be determined following a closer inspection to determine the general condition of the tiles as the felt and breathable membrane prevented a diagnoses being made as to the condition of the tile nibs that may be defective when considering the condition of the tiles\. The indicative technical and experience requirements for this CDM project are: • 2 years relevant construction/roof work experience as appropriate\. • CITB Site Supervisors Course\. • Appropriate craft qualifications and in house training for the works being conducted\.
