## Description

This contract is for the provision of further research and development of the BOPS system, as well as provide product operations until BOPS can be launched to market by 2026\. BOPS \(back-office planning system\) is a user-centred application handling and document management system for local authority planning teams\. It centralises the key functions needed to assess and determine a planning application into one system\.
