## Description

This contract is for the Support and Maintenance of the Authority's Corporate Service Solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 and includes the ability to call off Application Development work against a defined rate card from CCS Framework RM3821 for Data and Application Solutions\. The term of this contract is 2 years with options to extend for up to 2 further 1 year periods\. It commences 1st February 2021 and expires 31st January 2023\. At the time of award it is anticipated the contract could have an overall value of up to £7 million plus vat\.
