NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 October 2022 for the following reason: Extension to deadline\(The overall aim of this tender is for The ACC Liverpool Group to appoint a Contractor to undertake design, supply and installation of an Emergency Lighting System across areas identified within the tender documents enabling the site \(M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool campus\) to operate more efficiently and effectively meeting necessary compliance standards\. Organisations wishing to participate are asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement \(if they have not previously signed a Confidentiality Agreement as part of the previous recent tenders for lighting\)\. A Briefing Document has been uploaded to Delta containing further details\. Please review the Briefing Document and contact the Delta Message Centre if your organisation wishes to express an interest\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
