The Bridge Research and Development Building - Pre-Construction Services

Description

A contract has been awarded for the provision of Pre-construction Services in regard to The Bridge Research and Development building. This contract includes all necessary activities to develop the design so that a tendered total of the prices for the subsequent construction contract can be agreed. This project is receiving financial support (capital funding) from the European Regional Development Fund which is funded by the European Union and administered by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
