Invitation to Tender for Ground Floor Toilet Refurbishment

The University of West London UWL is inviting tender submissions for a design and build tender, for the refurbishment works of the Male, Female & Disabled Toilets, Ground Floor at Lady Byron block, St Mary's Road, Ealing W5 5RF. The tendering contractor is to provide a full design, based on the employer's requirements within these documents

The contractors will be expected to provide a design solution to meet the Project Brief.

The scope of works comprise the following key elements of the refurbishment works to Lady Byron block (previously known as the Teaching Block), as follows: • Temporary hoardings / protections • Minor Demolitions and alterations • MEP strip-out • Architectural / Fabric works generally • Plumbing, electrical and mechanical modifications • Fitting out of toilet areas / specialist internal cladding installation
