## Description

The objective of the proposed contract is the provision of specialist professional and technical services which will support the following programme outcomes: - workstreams that are well-coordinated and integrated; - informed internal and external stakeholders; - increased public awareness of red 'X' signal compliance and enforcement; and - the delivery of enforcement equipment and operating procedures that are legally and technically sound\.
