## Description

The overarching objective of this research is to find out how the potential British Council customers perceive the British Council and its key competitors when exploring face-to-face \(in-centre\) English language learning options and contacting course providers via different channels\. The focus will be on face-to-face \(in-centre\) English language courses for children \(Young Learners\) - reviewing the customer journey, price and product information, information about classes - e\.g\. the number of students in a class, length of the class etc\., schedules, and learning materials offered\.
