This contract is for the delivery of day to day minor repairs and small building works which includes:\r \r Roof covering and frames\r Drainage\r Plumbing\r Electrical Accessories\r Joinery\r Fire Doors\r Floor Coverings\r Painting and decorating\r Glazing and security\r External Works\r Other minor repair works
