## Description

One Leisure is seeking to award under this contract, a leisure business/CRM management system \(COTS\) to provide a complex suite of functionality to be available for the duration of the contract across 5 sites, which includes but not limited to the following: Managing front of house services across multiple locations\. Membership management\. Activity bookings and waiting lists\. Access control\. Back-office functionality\. Point of sale\. Events management for Burgess Hall which is located at the St Ives Indoor Centre\. Health & wellbeing activities \(medical referrals\)\.
