## Description

The ANS Empower Service will be applied to modernise the Members DB application and \(alongside\) provide upskilling of MS Power Platform for a team of at least 8 IT Developers\. Once this is complete, a blue print of best practice will be devised which will inform the roadmap for the modernisation of the remainder legacy application portfolio utilising IT Developers newly acquired skills and knowledge in MS Power Platform\.
