## Description

Th e Council is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework agreement with a number of suppliers for removal, storage and disposal services\. The framework will be divided into the following lots; &n bsp; Lo t1 – Removal and Delivery Services \(Office and Homeless\) - £216,000 pa Lo t2 - Removal and Delivery Service \(Under Occupied\) - £28,000 pa Lo t3 - Storage Services \(Office and Household Items\) - £110,000 pa Lo t4 - Disposal Services \(Office Items\) - £20,000 pa &n bsp; Te nders may be submitted for one or more lots\. The Council envisage inviting to tender the seven \(7\) highest scoring bidders for each lot\. After evaluating the invitation to tender \(ITT\) submissions the Council envisage appointing the three \(3\) highest scoring suppliers to each lot\. &n bsp; Ca ll-off from this framework will be on ad-hoc basis as the requirement arises\. The successful bidders will be ranked in result order from the tender for each lot\. For each work order the Council will approach the number one ranked supplier, if they are unavailable to perform the work then the second ranked supplier will be approached and so on\. &n bsp; Oc casionally, the Council may also use the eAuction process in conducting a mini-competition\. Invitation to participate in the eAuction will be sent to all suppliers on the framework at least two working days prior to the auction\. &n bsp; Th e anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 18 April 2016 &n bsp; Th e estimated value of the contract is: &n bsp; £374,000 &n bsp; & ; ;nbs p; Per Annum &n bsp; Fo r a period of: 48 months
