## Description

The Pest Control contract is designed to provide Pest Control services currently within 90 buildings across the total portfolio of approximately 200\. The Contract being tendered will provide a professional consultancy service by carrying out annual surveys and will produce reports which will advise on the type and level of infestation and propose a set programme of works to address the situation, setting out a treatments plan for another contractor to complete\.
