## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract appoint a consultant who can provide specialist and technical support to the Director of Health and Safety to support the development of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing function within Highways England\. The consultant will require extensive knowledge of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Organisation Change\.
