## Description

This tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of an Atomic Force Microscope\. CPI's National Printable Electronics Centre is currently expanding its metrological capabilities and seeking to acquire a new Atomic Force Microscopy \(AFM\)instrument\. CPI as a Research and Technology Organisation supported by HVMC and part of Catapult requires a flexible tool that is capable of a wide range of analytical modes \(topographical, electrical, work function etc\.\) as well as capable of scanning and fully addressing large samples\(8"-diameter\) of either rigid or flexible substrates\. This Framework is to cover spare parts, consumables, servicing, software upgrades and maintenance\. Further purchases of equipment of a similar nature are covered under this framework should they be required by CPI during the framework duration\.
