## Description

Suffolk County Council have direct awarded using the Commercial Services Y23046 Framework Agreement for Emergency Response, Rescue Equipment and Associated Services Lot 2 Restricted and Confined Spaces\. Contract commenced on the 01 March 2026 and will expire on the 28 February 2027\. The contract will have the ability to be extended up a further one \(1\) year to expire at the latest 28 February 2028\. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT\.
