1-1065 Regulatory Monitoring and Compliance Technical Partne

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for a regulatory monitoring and compliance technical partner with experience of working and advising regulated companies. The contract will support the Monitoring and Road Investment Strategy (RIS) Compliance Division of the Strategy and Planning Directorate. The division is responsible for managing the company's compliance with our obligations as set out in the RIS, our License and Framework. It also manages the company's critical stakeholder relationships with the Department for Transport, Transport Focus and the Office of Rail and Road (ORR).
