3779.EFM.SW.23 Western Bank Library Phase 2 - Level 6 Refurbishment

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for refurbishment works in Western Bank Library.

Scope of Requirement: The primary aim of the project is to undertake refurbishment to part of the existing level 6 of Western Bank Library. The key work items are generally as follows - Construct internal partitions to create office areas, meeting room, WC accommodation. - Building finishes - New doors - WC fit out including sanitaryware - FFE works (excluding loose furniture) - Associated services works
