Market House -shop refurbisment

As part of Amber Valley Borough Councils (AVBC) aim to regenerate its Towns , it intends to refurbish the existing shop unit within the vacant building -formerly used as offices -known as Market House (located at the junction of Market Place & Church Street Ripley)- . The Council also intends to -at a later stage - to convert/refurbish the rest of the building into self contained flats , an additional retail unit and or into office accommodation .
