This bidding opportunity was for undertaking roofing works to Blocks 1 & 2 at Regents Park Community College including:- • replacement of existing tiles; • remedial works to fascias, soffits and rainwater goods; • overcoating works to the flat roof between Blocks 1 and 2; • sundry building works (incl. the reduction to a chimney stack; and • loft insulation replacement to both blocks; all as specified within this suite of documents and ensuring full compliance with the Building Regulations, etc.
