Requirement Summary: Implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) and upskilling of workforce. The deliverables will provide: detailed definition and implementation across the Target Operating Model; Capability Design; identification and implementation of internal efficiencies through the TOM and modernised approaches and establish an effective Portfolio Management Construct.
