Victim liaison training video

2. The Authority wishes to establish a one off contract with a supplier to script, deliver and produce a video to be included in the victim liaison and communications training of prosecutors. It should be noted that this contract will be subject to a one off fee with no licence, royalties or other continuing fees into the future. The Copyright will also transfer to the Authority. The Authority does not intend to make use of the material outside that of its stated purpose of providing a training aid, nor will it be sold to third parties
