GB-London: Video interview question design for LGA Graduate programmes

The LGA requires a supplier to write, design, and test competency-based video interview questions for our current and future recruitment rounds. The designed questions should also be accompanied by an assessment framework for our assessors to use when marking the video interviews. All of our assessments are marked by live assessors and this should be taken into consideration when writing the assessment framework.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
