In our ambition to deliver our refreshed 5 year trust strategy we do have a clear understanding of the words of Peter Drucker "Culture eats Strategy for Breakfast". So key to the delivery of our strategy is a full programme of Culture Transformation work of which Senior Leadership Development is one. Therefore, we are looking to partner with a preeminent leadership development provider to deliver rigorous support and challenge in developing our population of circa 50 senior leaders in a 12-15 month programme.

The Trust are looking to work with the market to understand how effectively and efficiently a Development Programme for our senior leadership team to support in embedding and developing the Trusts New strategy

The initial quality and commercial submissions will assessed and for those successful at this point there will be an interview and presentation stage on the 6th of July 2021, by Teams. Successful organisation will be advised 10 days in advance
