## Description

The scope of work includes: - Getting to a position of the cost of capital for RIIO-ED2\. - Collection and analysis of relevant data relating to equity, debt, gearing and/or credit quality - The drafting of Draft Determinations for RIIO-ED2 and other consultations and decision documents\. - Lead on the regulatory finance policy inputs into each of the sectoral price controls, and other areas of policy development as required, for example low carbon RAB
