## Description

The Research and Innovation Transformation \(RIT\) directorate sit within the department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy \(BEIS\)\. The RIT team are responsible for the implementation of the United Kingdom Research and Innovation \(UKRI\) a new non ministerial government body created under the Higher Education and Research bill \(subject to Parliament\)\. BEIS had a requirement for legal services to ensure assets and liabilities from the partner organisations are legally transferred over to UKRI\. BEIS ran a mini competition against CCS RM3786 General Legal Advice Services Tier 1
