CPT_25_01 ERP (Financial Management System)

Description

The National Audit Office (NAO) has awarded a contract to Agilyx EMEA LTD using Crown Commercial Services GCloud 14 framework. The awarded contract for Financial Management system will be subcontracted to Certinia UK Limited who will deliver Financial Force Financial Management Services and Professional Services Automation solution. The contract will commence on Saturday, 31 January 2026, with an initial term of three years ending on Tuesday 30th January 2029. There is a 12-month extension available, which could extend the contract until Wednesday, 30 January 2030. The estimated total contract value, inclusive of VAT, is up to £1,832,181.26 over the four-year duration.
