Selwood Housing Group are seeking to appoint an experienced Service provider, who has specific experience in dealing with Website Development and Associated Services. The service provider will be responsible for providing advice and services in relation to:  Website security and maintenance  Ongoing development of our existing website (selwoodhousing.com), built within WordPress  The future development of our new customer portal, focusing on user experience and its integration with our existing website. (Please note, the remit for how this agency will be involved in future phases of portal development is yet unknown and this procurement doesn't cover any development work in relation to the portal itself.) The appointed agency will be able to demonstrate:  An understanding of the housing sector, its varied audiences, as well as an appreciation for how digital technologies are underpinning service provision  An impartial, independent, accessible, and approachable advisory service that allows us to continue to grow and develop our website  Proven experience in maintaining website security  Significant experience and knowledge of WordPress  Dynamic digital processes for managing issues with clear and agreed timescales  A robust project management process, including effective quality controls so that projects are delivered right, first time. Further information on the requirement can be found in document 2 - SEL 15 2223 - Specification. Selwood Housing require the experienced service provider to mobilise and deliver the contract within the geographical region of Wiltshire, North and Northeast Somerset and Bath. The contract duration will be for a period of 3 years.
