The key aims of the new contract will be to: • Secure a new taxi provider that offers 24/7 services. • They must be based in Chelmsford and cover Chelmsford and surrounding areas. • Always punctual and polite to residents. • Have a range of vehicle sizes to include occasional wheelchair use.
