South East Consortium (SEC) are running this procurement on behalf of Croydon Churches Housing Association. The contract is for the ConciergeServices and will be between Croydon Church Housing Association and the successful bidder. SEC will not be party to any contract, but we will be running the procurement process on behalf of our client.
