The supplier will provide consultancy support to: Lead the delivery of the Minimum Viable Solution \(MVS\) 2\.0 Shared Record Programme; Project manage and deliver business change for the Yorkshire and Humber Care Record \(YHCR\) in the Humber region; Support the delivery of Electronic Palliative Care Coordination System \(EPaCCS\); and Ensure delivery of highly specialised training across the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB footprint\.
