PSF4 3A- THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN'S OUTDOOR LEARNING CENTRE SPACES

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council and progress RIBA stages 0-7. The objective being to develop external covered/sheltered and well-ventilated, additional capacity/teaching spaces at 4 no. key Children's Centres in the Carlisle, Copeland, Eden, and South Lakeland districts. This may/may not be an off the shelf solution but will support the delivery of group activities and 1 to 1 support throughout the year and provide additional capacity for Children and Family Support Services (CFSS) providers to deliver essential support services.
