## Description

This contract will be to provide a drainage and a civils service to complement the in-house repairs and maintenance service in and outside of normal working hours to residential properties within the Wolverhampton area on behalf of Wolverhampton Homes\\r \\r Provide a drainage service for sewage and drainage\\r • To clear drains and refuse Chute blockages\\r • Rectification works on drains and sewers\\r • Provide associated follow work such as slabbing, and tarmacking\\r • Work Out of hours to provide an emergency service\\r This contract will run for a 4 year period\. The contract will be based on minimum acceptable\\r performance \(map\) being met by the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators\.\\r
