WH22009 - Drainage

This contract will be to provide a drainage and a civils service to complement the in-house repairs and maintenance service in and outside of normal working hours to residential properties within the Wolverhampton area on behalf of Wolverhampton Homes\r \r Provide a drainage service for sewage and drainage\r • To clear drains and refuse Chute blockages\r • Rectification works on drains and sewers\r • Provide associated follow work such as slabbing, and tarmacking\r • Work Out of hours to provide an emergency service\r This contract will run for a 4 year period. The contract will be based on minimum acceptable\r performance (map) being met by the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators.\r
