Gas and Oil Heating & Hot Water Systems - Legislative Preventative and Optional Reactive Maintenance

Dorset & Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Authority has a requirement for on-going legislative and reactive maintenance, of all Gas and Oil, Heating and Hot Water Systems, across the whole of the Dorset and Wiltshire area.

The Procurement will be split into Lots as detailed below:

Lot 1 - Dorset Area

Lot 2 - Wiltshire Area

Bidders are invited to bid for one or both lots should they wish to do so. However, Bidders must ensure that they are able to deliver the full requirements for each lot for which they intend to bid. Each Lot shall be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid for that Lot.

The Authority proposes to enter into a contract(s) with the Successful Bidder(s) for a period of three years. The Authority may extend the contract(s) for a further period not exceeding one year or 12 months in total.
