GB-Ipswich: Invitation To Tender for University Clearing Campaign 2017

Every year, tens of thousands of students find a place on a university course through UCAS Clearing - typically around 10% of all students who go to university that year. We are looking to appoint a full service agency to deliver a creative concept, artwork and advise/manage all media bookings as part of our Clearing activity for 2017/18 entry. We are looking for a creative concept that represents our core proposition whilst having an impact during a competitive period for the sector, and be suitable for use across multiple platforms and applications.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
