25336 - John Fletcher of Madeley - Modular Building - AWARD

Contractor to provide a turn-key solution for the design, delivery and installation of a DfE compliant modular early years building including two classrooms (Reception & Year 1), early years sanitary facilities, staff toilet, breakout space, storage, and fully enclosed outdoor learning environment. Contractor to remove and dispose of existing modular building on site, future refurbishment of existing demountable to be discussed with Employer's Agent (including relocation to be discussed with the Employer's Agent). Appropriate compartmentation, alarms, and signage per DfE Technical Manual 2026 and statutory fire guidance. Fire Alarm system must link to existing school system. 60 Minute Fire rated (or as recommended by direct appointed Fire Consultant) separation for elevation closest to existing school.
