The proposed works include: - Surveying all ductwork as outlined in the associated record documentation and providing a schedule giving location, service, size and function of each fire damper \(inc\. labelling damper with identification number\)\. - Application of a few drops of oil to the mechanism of each damper\. - Repair/Replacement of non-functioning dampers\.
