After conducting the review of the governance in relation to Post Office Limited's decisions regarding senior executive remuneration, Simmons & Simmons will produce a report setting out our findings in relation to these matters\. Where issues are identified, the report will make recommendations for improvements\. A variation to the overall contract value was required under Public Contracts Regulation 72\(c\)\. The contract value was increased by £50,000 \(excluding VAT\)\. Previous Contract value: £244,637\.40\. New Contract value: £294,637\.40
