Refurbishment of two laboratories within Norcroft Building at University of Bradford City Campus to include fume cupboards, LEV system with integrated mechanical make up air system, LPHW heating, domestic water services, laboratory gases, electrical services and associated builders work\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
