NWL130 Off Road Parking Schemes

North West Leicestershire District Council are looking to contract with a suitably qualified supplier with the resources and expertise to deliver a number of Off-Road Parking Schemes for the residents of the district. Tenders are invited for the design and construction of Off-Road Parking Schemes. The successful supplier will be responsible for feasibility studies of potential parking sites, design and subsequent delivery of approved schemes, including liaising closely with the Council's Housing Asset Manager, Planning Authority, Highways Authority and representatives of Tenant and Resident Associations. The contract period is five years, and will commence on 01 March 2020 and end on 28 February 2025 with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract value is estimated at £2,000000
