2021-0158 Mental Health Accommodation Pathway Services

Description

The services are accommodation based specialist mental health supported living and residential\r care services for residents who experience a severe and enduring mental illness, such as psychosis and moderate/ severe depression. They enable people with eligible mental health needs to maximise their rehabilitation when moving along the pathway from hospital or other care setting to independent living in their own home. The redesign and procurement of the\r pathway proposed would enable people to be suitably accommodated closer to home within the least restrictive setting whilst preparing for independent living.
