## Description

The aim of this procurement is to identify a qualified lead provider to undertake research to understand and explore the drivers behind the ever growing FY3 cohort\. This exercise will seek to explore and understand the following: \(i\) Why choose to take an FY3 year \(ii\) Why choose to progress immediately to IMT \(iii\) Did the FY3 year provide the desired outcomes \(iv\) What are the long-term training and career goals for this cohort?
