## Description

The objective of this project is to consolidate the two existing CRM's \(MS Dynamics and Lagan - currently used as a knowledge management system\), as well as deliver a customer platform\. The customer platform consist of webforms, customer accounts, integration to back office system and enterprise telephony\.
